The Christ United Methodist 2023 Spring Grief class is a 6-week session beginning Tuesday, March 14 at 6:30pm in classroom N157. This class provides support and encouragement for anyone who is grieving the loss of a loved one. Our discussions are based on grief counselor Dr. Alan D. Wolfelt’s text Understanding Your Grief.
