CUMC Home

Class members range from recent empty nesters to proud grandparents. Some of us are still involved in careers, and some are retired. All are welcome!

The class has shared leadership, plus outside resources. The class is open to anyone, anytime, for a single lesson, a series of lessons or to become an ongoing participant (member). We meet in Room N158, 8:30 am.

Class Purposes:

• Provide a nurturing Christian fellowship for adults as we transition through life's stages
• Provide a growing awareness of God's Love and human support
• Provide a balance of study and fun

Program Content:

• Christian perspectives of life issues: Physical, Emotional, and Spiritual
• Variety of contemporary subjects, current events, and Bible studies
• Emphasis on growth and faithfulness

Social Activities:

In addition to field trips, special events at members' homes and the quarterly "Guess Who's Coming to Dinner" series, we enjoy the following, which have become traditional annual events: Riddle Ramble, Mardi Gras Brunch, Bunco Evening, Weekend Retreat, Christmas Brunch
