Alternative Christmas

Alternative Christmas is a means to raise money for CUMC and other organizations(e.g. area charitable organizations, United Methodist organizations, CUMCfunctions and activities, international mission projects) and help peopleduring the Christmas season. The congregation can purchase items to be donated to different charitableorganizations. A brochure is provided with a list and descriptions. Gift cards are given to the donor so they can give to someone as an?alternative? Christmas Gift. Over $25,000 was donated to over14 organization and CUMC mission programs in 2005.
