The Disaster Response Team provides immediate assistance to people whose homes have been devastated by a natural disaster. Their prime responsibility is to make things safe, sanitary and secure for homeowners who may not have the support system to help them. Sign up to be part of the team that will be notified when we are called to respond when a disaster strikes.

- Provides a Christian presence
- Does debris removal and temporary repairs by making dwellings “safe, sanitary, and secure”
- Provides disaster assistance in Texas and surrounding states
Latest DERT News!
- DRT is responding to the flood and storm damage in North Texas. DRT was in Gainesville, TX at the end of June; they are teaming up with the Men's Service Group on July 14 to work in Plano; they are going to Sherman, TX on July 15. DRT sure does stay busy! Read about the trips in the DERT Journal.
- We have a new trailer! DRT has purchased a trailer specifically for chainsaw work, with most of the equipment donated by Stihl (thank you Stihl!). Look for its "unveiling" this Fall.
