Christian Life Center

The Christian Life Center is a multi-purpose central hub located to the south of our existing facilities, providing activities for families, youth, singles, empty-nesters and seniors throughout the week. It is a combination gymnasium and fellowship hall allowing for activities such as a sports ministry, exercise classes, fellowship dinners, dinner meetings, musical presentations, special speakers, and a play space for CDC children on rainy days, while also providing additional space for worship and classrooms, youth Sunday school classes and youth group activities. It includes flexible rooms, kitchen facilities, game area, lounge/TV room, craft space for any age and a meeting room attached to the kitchen.

The Christian Life Center's mission is to glorify Christ through positive recreation and Christian fellowship for all CUMC members and the community.

Goals

to offer the whole family opportunities for health, fitness, fellowship, fun, competition and spiritual development.
to use sports and recreation to lead people to Christ.
(i.e., by offering programs on a community-wide basis.)
to provide quality leisure activities in a Christian setting, offering opportunities for interaction among members and prospective members.

Holy Grounds Coffee Shop

Holy Grounds proudly serves Starbucks brand hot coffee, as well as Tazo Tea, biscotti, and the newest Starbucks treat the Creamice, an ice blended coffee beverage available in Latte or Mocha.

Holy Grounds is open every Sunday from 9am - Noon and can cater any Sunday morning event.

Choose from several convenient ways to order. Download a Catering Request Form and drop it off at the CLC, or phone in your order and have it ready for pick-up. In only a few minutes you will be able to pick up a box complete with 96 oz of genuine Starbucks coffee, cups, lids, sleeves, stirrers, sweeteners, non-dairy creamer, and napkins. Complete your order with biscotti or Tazo Tea.

Holy Grounds offers the exact same coffee at a lower price than Starbucks retail, it is more convenient, and benefits the programs of the Christian Life Center. Support Christ United Methodist Church and stop by Holy Grounds this Sunday.
