What We Believe

As followers of Jesus Christ, we believe that every person is called to a spiritual journey that helps one to grow in faith, hope, and love. We are an inclusive congregation that invites all persons regardless of where they are on their spiritual journey. We are united by our belief in the two great commandments given by Jesus to love God and love our neighbors.

Our ministry of loving God and loving our neighbors is lived out at Christ United Methodist Church (CUMC) with inspiring worship, small group study that enables the spiritual journey, and dynamic missions that transform the lives of all who are involved.

We have learned that small group study and hands-on missions are ways in which lives are most radically changed. We invite people to become involved in any of our missions or groups without making a commitment to join the church.
