Just remember ACTS:
ADORATION — Praise God
choose an attribute of God for Praise, i.e. “God is Good.”
CONFESSION — Get right with God
“I confess my iniquity; I am sorry for my sin.” Psalm 38:18
THANKSGIVING — Thank God
“O give thanks to the Lord, call on his name, make known his deeds among the peoples.” Ps 105:1
SUPPLICATION — Ask God humbly and earnestly your prayer requests
possibilities include, but are not limited to, our clergy and lay leadership, our hospitality servants, parking lot greeters, ushers, bus drivers, Sunday School and nursery volunteers, our sacred space, our Adult classes, our music ministry, the sound system
God is all Goodness. We pray that we will keep ever in our minds the surpassing riches of Your grace. Grant that we may devote all our efforts to cooperating with that grace and growing in it moment by moment. We ask this through Jesus, Our Lord. Amen.
